Terms of Use — Oringo Client

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Oringo Client ("the mod") or visiting this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Oringo Client.

2. License

Oringo Client is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, re-distribute under a paid model, or claim ownership of Oringo Client or its source code.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Oringo Client to enhance your personal Minecraft gameplay experience. You acknowledge that using Oringo Client on servers may violate those servers' rules, including Hypixel's Terms of Service. Use at your own risk.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell or charge others for access to Oringo Client
Claim credit for the development of Oringo Client
Use Oringo Client to harm other players or exploit server vulnerabilities maliciously
Decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the mod's source code without permission

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Oringo Client is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the mod is free from bugs, compatible with all hardware, or compliant with all servers' rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Oringo Client project shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mod — including account bans, data loss, or hardware damage.

7. Third-Party Services

Oringo Client may interact with Hypixel Network and other third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with Hypixel.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Oringo Client after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the project maintainer's residence.
